Natalia Ozerianska.

I’m interested in the person
beyond the pose.

I’m a Ukrainian photographer based in London. For me, a portrait is a reason to pay closer attention to someone — how they carry themselves, what makes them laugh, when they feel most at ease.

Some people arrive with a clear idea of how they want to be seen. Others are still finding it. I enjoy that part of the process: listening, trying something, noticing what feels right.

I’m looking for the moment a photograph becomes personal. A familiar expression. A little confidence you hadn’t noticed. Something you recognise in yourself, and something you’re happy to discover.

What I look for.

Outdoor portrait of a woman in a black blazer on a London street, by Natalia

A city with character.

Weathered brick, a passing car, the last sunlight along a pavement. I like a setting with its own life. We become part of the street for a moment, and the photograph holds on to that feeling.

Clothes that feel like you.

A jacket worn your way. A dress that moves when you walk. Styling gives a photograph shape and personality. I look for the point where the outfit, the movement and the person all come together.

Light with an edge.

After dark, a flash can change everything: a look becomes bolder, the background falls away. I love that direct, caught-in-the-moment feeling — with you holding the attention of the frame.

Your turn
in the frame.

That outfit you’ve been saving.
A birthday. Or a day just for you.

Send me a date, a place or a photograph you love. We’ll shape the idea together and find the session that suits you.
