Please read these terms alongside your written quote and booking confirmation. The details of your session will be agreed with you before payment.
Your booking
These terms cover enquiries through this website and personal, fashion and event photography with Natalia Ozerianska, based in London. An enquiry does not reserve a date or create a paid booking.
Your contract is with Natalia Ozerianska, an independent photographer based in London who trades under her own name. Her contact details, and a postal address for formal correspondence, are given in your written quote and booking confirmation.
Before you commit, you will receive a written quote and booking details, including the date, location, session length, photographs included, total price and payment schedule. Your booking is confirmed when you accept those details and Natalia confirms the reservation in writing. Any agreed deposit requirement will be explained before payment.
Prices & payment
The Price List sets out package prices and inclusions in pounds sterling. Your written quote confirms the total price, including any applicable taxes and agreed extras. Event photography is charged by the hour with a two-hour minimum and is always quoted individually; the prices shown are starting prices, and any time beyond the hours in your quote is agreed with you before it is charged. Studio hire and paid entry to locations are charged separately at their actual cost. Photographer-selected locations in London Zones 1–2 are included; a client’s chosen location in Zones 3–6 adds £20, and travel outside London is agreed separately.
For booking totals below £200, payment is due in full at booking. For totals of £200 or more, a 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% after the shoot, before the finished photographs are delivered. Additional time, photographs, retouching and other extras must be agreed before they are charged. Sending an enquiry does not authorise a charge.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your session, contact Natalia as soon as possible. These arrangements apply in addition to your statutory right to change your mind, described in the next section.
Rescheduling. You can move your session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice. The new date depends on availability and should fall within 60 days of the original one. Outdoor sessions affected by heavy rain or unsafe weather are moved to a new date at no cost, whenever the decision is made.
Cancelling. If you cancel 7 days or more before your session, everything you have paid is refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before, you are refunded everything except costs already committed for your session that cannot be recovered, such as a studio booking. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, Natalia may keep up to the deposit, or up to 50% of the session price where the booking was paid in full, to cover the time reserved for you. If the date is rebooked by another client, that amount is refunded.
Subject to your statutory cancellation rights, any amount retained or charged must be fair and reflect actual losses caused by the cancellation, taking account of costs saved and reasonable steps to rebook the date. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable.
If Natalia cannot carry out the agreed session, you may choose an available alternative date or a refund for services not provided. Weather or an unavailable location may require a change of plan; any alternative location, date or extra cost will be discussed with you first. This does not limit any other remedy you have under consumer law.
Your right to change your mind
Where the statutory cancellation right applies to a distance or off-premises service booking, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Any applicable exception will be explained before you book.
To cancel, send a clear statement by email with your name and booking details. You do not need to use a particular form. Any required cancellation information and model form will be supplied with your booking documents.
If you expressly request work to begin during that period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work properly supplied before cancellation, where the legal requirements are met. The right is lost on full performance only with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Any refund due under these rights will be made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of notification.
During your session
We will agree the creative direction, outfits and location in advance. Please arrive at the agreed time and let Natalia know about access needs or anything that may affect your comfort. Posing guidance is part of the session; you can decline a pose or ask for a break.
Your session starts at the agreed time. If you are running late, please send a message: up to 15 minutes is absorbed where the schedule allows, and beyond that the session finishes at its planned time, so it will be shorter. If you have not arrived or been in touch within 30 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as not attended. If Natalia is late, the time is made up in full or the session is rearranged at no cost to you.
Location permissions, studio rules and safe working conditions must be respected. If a participant is under 18, arrangements must be agreed with their parent or legal guardian before booking.
Editing & delivery
An online gallery of successful frames is provided within 3 days for you to select photographs for editing. Finished photographs are delivered 7–10 days after your selection. The package’s colour-edited photograph total includes its specified number of photographs with detailed retouching. The portfolio shows Natalia’s photographic approach; references help guide the session but are not a promise to reproduce another photograph exactly.
Additional colour-edited photographs cost £10 each, and additional detailed retouching costs £25 per photograph. Express delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional £50; the start of that delivery period is agreed before booking. All unedited JPEG photographs are available for an additional £100; this does not include RAW files. Any requirement for RAW files or particular file formats must be agreed separately. Please keep a personal backup of your downloaded images.
Please choose your photographs within 14 days of receiving the preview gallery, which stays online for 30 days. If no selection has been made by then, Natalia will remind you and, after a further 14 days, may make the selection for you so that your photographs can be delivered. Your finished gallery is available to download for 30 days. The included round of editing adjustments can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Files are not archived indefinitely, and a copy cannot be guaranteed more than three months after delivery.
Using your photographs
Copyright remains with Natalia unless a separate written assignment is agreed. For personal sessions, your delivered photographs may be downloaded, printed for personal use and shared on your own personal social media. A credit to @ozerianskaa is appreciated.
Advertising, resale, publication by a brand or other commercial use needs a separately agreed licence. Commercial projects have their usage, duration and delivery requirements confirmed in writing.
Natalia will ask for separate permission before using photographs from your private session in her portfolio, social media or promotional material. Permission to publish is not a condition of booking.
Nude photo & video
This section applies to sessions booked through the Nude Photo & Video pages: content for subscription platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly, advertising by sex workers, and private boudoir and artistic nude shoots. Where it differs from the rest of these terms, this section applies.
These sessions are for adults only. Everyone photographed or filmed must be 18 or over, and Natalia may ask for proof of age before the session begins. Sessions are solo: they may include lingerie, implied nudity and full nudity, and do not include sexual activity.
The looks, the level of nudity and anything you do not want photographed or filmed are agreed in writing before the session. You may pause or end the session at any time, and anything you are not comfortable with on the day is not shot. Natalia may also end a session if the agreed limits or safe working conditions are not respected.
Copyright remains with Natalia unless a separate written assignment is agreed. Once paid in full, you may publish, sell, distribute and promote your delivered photographs and videos on any platform and in your own advertising, worldwide and without time limit. Natalia will not publish, sell or share these photographs and videos, or use it in her portfolio or promotion, without your separate written permission.
Files are delivered through a private, password-protected gallery with location metadata removed. Face-out or cropped versions are provided on request, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed before the session.
Your information
Contact and booking information is used to respond to you and arrange your session. Read the Privacy page for how website enquiries are handled.
If the enquiry form displays a preview notice, submissions are saved locally for testing and are not sent to Natalia. For a direct enquiry, message Natalia on Instagram.
Brands & business bookings
This section applies only where you book in the course of a business, for example a brand launch, a lookbook or content for a company. It does not apply to private clients, whose statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
The brief, deliverables, usage licence, its duration and territory, and the delivery date are confirmed in writing before the shoot. Usage beyond the agreed licence needs further written agreement. Fees are due as set out in the quote; the licence takes effect on payment in full.
Natalia’s total liability to a business customer for a booking is limited to the fee paid for it, and she is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Service standards & your rights
Photography services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, contact Natalia with your booking details and explain the concern so it can be addressed.
If a technical fault on the photographer’s side, such as missed focus, incorrect exposure or lost or damaged files, means the photographs cannot be delivered as agreed, Natalia will offer a free reshoot, arranged within 14 days of the problem being identified or on the earliest date that suits you both, or, where a reshoot is not possible, a proportionate refund for the part of the session affected. One round of adjustments to the editing or retouching of your finished photographs is included at no cost. Not liking how you look in photographs that match the agreed style and the portfolio is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not restrict remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Updates to this page apply to future bookings. The terms and written details supplied when you book remain applicable to that booking unless you agree a change. Any booking-specific arrangements must be agreed before payment and cannot remove your statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
