Please read these terms alongside your written quote and booking confirmation. The details of your session will be agreed with you before payment.
Your booking
These terms cover enquiries through this website and personal, fashion and event photography with Natalia Ozerianska, based in London. An enquiry does not reserve a date or create a paid booking.
Before you commit, you will receive a written quote and booking details, including the date, location, session length, photographs included, total price and payment schedule. Your booking is confirmed when you accept those details and Natalia confirms the reservation in writing. Any agreed deposit requirement will be explained before payment.
Prices & payment
The Price List sets out package prices and inclusions in pounds sterling. Your written quote confirms the total price, including any applicable taxes and agreed extras. Studio hire and paid entry to locations are charged separately at their actual cost. Photographer-selected locations in London Zones 1–2 are included; a client’s chosen location in Zones 3–6 adds £20, and travel outside London is agreed separately.
For booking totals below £200, payment is due in full at booking. For totals of £200 or more, a 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% after the shoot, before the finished photographs are delivered. Additional time, photographs, retouching and other extras must be agreed before they are charged. Sending an enquiry does not authorise a charge.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your session, contact Natalia as soon as possible. A new date depends on availability. Any rescheduling conditions or cancellation charges will be provided before you book.
Subject to your statutory cancellation rights, any amount retained or charged must be fair and reflect actual losses caused by the cancellation, taking account of costs saved and reasonable steps to rebook the date. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable.
If Natalia cannot carry out the agreed session, you may choose an available alternative date or a refund for services not provided. Weather or an unavailable location may require a change of plan; any alternative location, date or extra cost will be discussed with you first. This does not limit any other remedy you have under consumer law.
Your right to change your mind
Where the statutory cancellation right applies to a distance or off-premises service booking, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Any applicable exception will be explained before you book.
To cancel, send a clear statement by email with your name and booking details. You do not need to use a particular form. Any required cancellation information and model form will be supplied with your booking documents.
If you expressly request work to begin during that period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work properly supplied before cancellation, where the legal requirements are met. The right is lost on full performance only with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Any refund due under these rights will be made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of notification.
During your session
We will agree the creative direction, outfits and location in advance. Please arrive at the agreed time and let Natalia know about access needs or anything that may affect your comfort. Posing guidance is part of the session; you can decline a pose or ask for a break.
Location permissions, studio rules and safe working conditions must be respected. If a participant is under 18, arrangements must be agreed with their parent or legal guardian before booking.
Editing & delivery
An online gallery of successful frames is provided within 3 days for you to select photographs for editing. Finished photographs are delivered 7–10 days after your selection. The package’s colour-edited photograph total includes its specified number of photographs with detailed retouching. The portfolio shows Natalia’s photographic approach; references help guide the session but are not a promise to reproduce another photograph exactly.
Additional colour-edited photographs cost £10 each, and additional detailed retouching costs £25 per photograph. Express delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional £50; the start of that delivery period is agreed before booking. All unedited JPEG photographs are available for an additional £100; this does not include RAW files. Any requirement for RAW files or particular file formats must be agreed separately. Gallery availability and download arrangements will be communicated with delivery. Please keep a personal backup of your downloaded images.
Using your photographs
Copyright remains with Natalia unless a separate written assignment is agreed. For personal sessions, your delivered photographs may be downloaded, printed for personal use and shared on your own personal social media. A credit to @ozicool_ph is appreciated.
Advertising, resale, publication by a brand or other commercial use needs a separately agreed licence. Commercial projects have their usage, duration and delivery requirements confirmed in writing.
Natalia will ask for separate permission before using photographs from your private session in her portfolio, social media or promotional material. Permission to publish is not a condition of booking.
Your information
Contact and booking information is used to respond to you and arrange your session. Read the Privacy page for how website enquiries are handled.
If the enquiry form displays a preview notice, submissions are saved locally for testing and are not sent to Natalia. For a direct enquiry, use the email address below.
Service standards & your rights
Photography services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, contact Natalia with your booking details and explain the concern so it can be addressed.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not restrict remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Updates to this page apply to future bookings. The terms and written details supplied when you book remain applicable to that booking unless you agree a change. Any booking-specific arrangements must be agreed before payment and cannot remove your statutory rights.
